Every shipment required manual label creation, leading to errors, delays, and lost packages. Warehouse staff spent hours cross-referencing orders with client portals. There was no visibility into shipment status until delivery confirmation arrived days later.

The technical challenge: integrate with external client portals (ABLBL), generate compliant thermal labels with specific barcode formats, enable real-time scanning from mobile devices, and maintain perfect accuracy across thousands of daily shipments.

How We Solved It

We built FMT Transporter as a complete logistics ecosystem spanning web dashboards, mobile apps, and hardware integration.

Multi-Portal Architecture: Three specialized web portals—Admin Dashboard for FMT operations, Customer Portal for enterprise clients, and Driver Portal for delivery tracking. Each portal tailored to specific workflows.

Mobile Scanner App: A React Native app that turns any Android device into a barcode scanner. Staff scan incoming goods, the system fetches order details from ABLBL portal automatically, generates thermal labels, and prints directly to connected Bluetooth printers.

Smart Label Engine: Our thermal label generation system supports multiple formats, embeds tracking barcodes, and integrates with ZPL-compatible printers. Labels print in under 2 seconds from scan to print.

Real-Time Sync: MongoDB change streams enable instant updates across all portals. When a box is scanned in warehouse, the customer sees it in their dashboard within milliseconds.
